Rusty Schluchter is a principal member of chitownpropertygroup (CPG), a full service real estate sales and marketing team within @properties.
Attention to detail and exceptional service has propelled Rusty through his professional career. Rusty’s career started at a top advertising agency (DDB Worldwide), where he successfully assisted multiple “blue chip” clients (Wrigley, McDonalds, Tyson Foods, Morgan Stanley, General Mills and others) to achieve their marketing and sales objectives.
His negotiation, marketing and consulting experience in advertising gave him the insight and expertise needed for a career in real estate. His talents translate well into servicing his clients, both home buyers/sellers as well as developers/builders.
Rusty’s real estate career began in 2005 and by the end of 2006, Rusty was in the top 5% of Realtors® in Chicago for dollar volume production. He and his business partner Jeff built a team of high-energy and multi-talented agents to grow their business and assist in serving their client’s needs.
Several developers have leaned on Rusty for his knowledge of the current real estate market and willingness to do the research and put in the time necessary to sell their properties. They know that he is “in the market” on a regular basis and can get the sale done.
Rusty, along with his wife Lisa and their daughter Coco Bella, live in historic Logan Square where he is actively involved in the community.
