Tim Manning is a member of chitownpropertygroup (CPG), a full service real estate sales and marketing team within @properties.
Tim is starting 2008 fresh with @properties just after becoming “Rookie of the Year” with another Chicago firm’s #1 office in the nation.
He made the switch due to @properties’ state of the art technology, as well as the aggressive and cutting-edge marketing tools. “I strongly believe my buyers and sellers will benefit greatly from this move, or I would not have switched. My clients are always my first priority,” said Tim.
After graduating from Indiana University with a finance degree, Tim traveled globally while also working in sales. This has provided him with extensive experience in selling and strong negotiation skills. Tim is continuing his education by getting a CRS designation, commonly referred to as grad school for Realtors.
Tim has excellent knowledge of the Chicago market due to being a lifelong Chicago area resident. After growing up in Barrington, his first residence in the city was a rooftop apartment in left field across from historic Wrigley Field. Currently, he owns a condo in Bucktown and really enjoys the area.
When Tim has spare time, he enjoys playing golf and continuing to travel around the world. He is a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the Screen Actors Guild, and a proud supporter of Bear Necessities Pediatric Cancer Foundation.
